At the request of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan SSR and in accordance with the telegraph order of the Deputy People's Commissar of Internal Affairs, from August 28, the faculty was transferred to the operational subordination of the UPO NKVD of the AzSSR.
