Latest reviews of VSU in Borisoglebsk

Borisoglebsk Pedagogical Institute is a vile and ugly university in Russia. The teachers of the Belarusian State Pedagogical Institute are evil, inadequate people. They smile in your face and give you 4 and 5 marks on exams. But they spit on you behind your back and slander you! When I asked the rector of the Belarusian State Pedagogical Institute why you were behaving this way, the answer was, “We are scum!” WHY SHOULD SUCH A UNIVERSITY BE FINANCED FROM THE FEDERAL BUDGET. People's money is not intended to finance such abomination

I entered the BSPI very simply, because I had high scores on the Unified State Exam and silver medal. I brought the documents and they told me: “Congratulations! You got in!” In 2007 the competition was big for a provincial city. Many had to go to a paid department, but after a year or two, based on the results of high academic performance, some students switched to budget places. The Pedagogical Institute is the pride of the city! University graduates work not only in the field of education, but also in banking, manager...

Does it take a lot of intelligence and talent to destroy? Of course not. Apparently, the lack of talent for creation is what distinguishes modern bureaucracy. Destruction - please, creation - is not on the list of plans.

One of the areas where destructive activity is hidden behind the buzzword optimization is the sphere of education. The dismantling of the concept of educational activities that has been built over decades is superimposed on the destruction of the very places where this concept was once embodied in reality.

Voronezh region. City of Borisoglebsk. Pedagogical University with an 80-year history, it was first “optimized” to become a branch of Voronezh State University, depriving it of at least some independence. Like, a province... Why does it need a university with autonomy. But that's not so bad.

This seemed not enough to the optimizers among the officials of the current spill. A directive was received for complete destruction educational organization Higher professional education in Borisoglebsk - for the complete destruction of the university that has educated thousands professional teachers, working literally all over the country - from small schools (and these schools, by the way, were also put under the knife) to schools in the Russian capital.

System-forming university for the second largest city Voronezh region are being converted into empty buildings, which are probably already being shared among interested parties.

From the commentary of the VSU press service:

The Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science has confirmed state accreditation for the following levels of education, enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training implemented at the Borisoglebsk branch of Voronezh State University: “Preschool education” (secondary vocational education), “Correctional pedagogy in primary education” (secondary vocational education), "Mechanical Engineering" (higher education - bachelor's degree). This information causes satisfaction among a serious pool of specialized enterprises located in Borisoglebsk, Povorino and Gribanovka.

Based on the results of an unscheduled inspection by Rosobrnadzor, by order of December 29, 2017 No. 2179, the Borisoglebsk branch of VSU was deprived of state accreditation in relation to certain levels of education, enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training: “Pedagogical education” (higher education - bachelor’s degree), “Psychological and pedagogical education "(higher education - bachelor's degree), "Pedagogical education" (with two profiles of training) (higher education - bachelor's degree).

– An application for re-accreditation will be submitted in the near future. Formal violations that existed previously will be eliminated. The license allows you to conduct educational activities, but there are risks associated with conscripting children into the army. Together with our partner universities in Voronezh, Lipetsk, Saratov and Tambov, where teaching staff are trained, we have already developed an offer for our students. They will be invited to universities, where they will be able to complete their studies and receive a state diploma,” comments VSU Rector Dmitry Endovitsky. – In the strategic development of Voronezh State University, the Borisoglebsk branch is an extremely important division. In fact, it is located on the border of three regions. This is a system-forming higher education for the city. educational institution. We feel the support of the mayor of Borisoglebsk and representatives of the business community. We will develop the branch, its educational programs, and help modernize the property complex. The educational system will be supported by secondary vocational education programs and practice-oriented programs. We actively work with the branch, including at the federal level. To develop this structural unit of VSU, a new director, Igor Svertkov, was appointed. An experienced top manager, who was previously actively involved in the development of the innovative direction of the university, will in every possible way contribute to the promotion of the Borisoglebsk branch.

Borisoglebsk branch of Voronezh State University is the largest university in Borisoglebsk. Its structure includes three faculties: physico-mathematical and natural science education, historical and philological, psychological and pedagogical.

Translated into public language, it all sounds something like this: They planned to completely destroy the Borisoglebsk University, but the administration is taking measures to somehow delay the “funeral.” At the same time, a place in the “cemetery” of modern educational system for the former BSPI has already been prepared.

Against this background, the branch’s website announces the career guidance work(V Volgograd region). But, excuse me, which of today’s schoolchildren will decide to enroll in the ex-BSPI if the university is condemned, and even if the press release states that even current students will probably have to complete their studies at other higher educational institutions?

Has anyone from the political elite already paid attention to the problem? Representatives of political parties remain silent, as if they have filled their mouths, which usually do not close for other (much less pressing) reasons. Or the destruction of higher education in the Russian province, and with it the strongest province, does not seem to officials, including the deputy corps important issue requiring immediate action?
