Processing and interpretation of test results

Criteria for conclusions:

  • up to 40% – low level of organizational skills;
  • 40-70% – average;
  • over 70% – high.

Instructions: You are asked to answer 40 questions. Please note that the questions are short and may not contain all the necessary details. Therefore, imagine typical situations and do not think about the details. Don't waste a lot of time thinking, answer quickly. Some questions may be difficult for you to answer. Then try to give the answer that you consider preferable. When answering any of these questions, pay attention to his first words. Your answer must be exactly consistent with them. When answering questions, do not try to make a deliberately pleasant impression. It is not the specific answer that is important, but the total score over a series of questions.

So, if your answer to the question is positive (you agree), then put “yes” next to the question number; if your answer is negative (you do not agree) - put “no”.

PROCESSING RESULTS

In order to find out your communication skills , use the “key”: give yourself 1 point for each “YES” answer to questions 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25, 29, 33, 37 and for each “NO” answer to 3, 7, 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, 31, 35, 39 questions. The communicativeness coefficient (Kk) is determined by the formula: Kk = m/20, where m is the number of answers that match the “key”.

If K k corresponds to:

From 0.10 to 0.45 – low level

From 0.46 to 0.55 – below average level

From 0.56 to 0.65 – average level

From 0.65 to 0.75 – high level

From 0.76 to 1.00 – very high level

Communication skills- these are the abilities of an individual that ensure the effectiveness of her communication and psychological compatibility in joint activities.

Low– the person is uncommunicative, experiences difficulties and certain inconveniences in establishing contacts with people.

Below the average - a person does not strive to communicate, feels constrained in an unfamiliar group, limits the circle of his acquaintances, does not strive to defend his opinion and has a hard time experiencing grievances.

Average– a sociable, talkative person (especially among familiar people), the circle of acquaintances does not limit.

High– a sociable person, feels the need to communicate, is actively involved in the events happening around him. He brings excitement to the company, easily makes new acquaintances, striving to expand his circle of friends.

For counting organizational skills use the following “key”: give yourself 1 point for each “YES” answer to questions 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30, 34, 38 and for each “NO” answer to 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40 questions organizational skills coefficient

Organizational skills is a person’s ability to organize himself and others.

Low– a person does not know how to organize himself, there is no internal composure. Does not show initiative in public life.

Below the average– a person avoids making independent decisions, the manifestation of initiative in public life is underestimated.

Average– in extreme situations, a person can organize himself and convince colleagues to make a decision.

High - a person does everything according to internal aspirations. IN difficult situation capable of making independent decisions.

Very high- feels the need for organizational activities. Makes independent decisions, defends his opinion and ensures that it is accepted by others.

The CBS methodology allows you to determine the level of communication and organizational abilities for a given period. Given determination and proper operating conditions, these tendencies can develop.

This test will allow us to determine the degree of expression of a teenager’s organizational abilities and, if necessary, take corrective actions in this direction of his development. The test is suitable for students in grades 7-8.

Instructions:

After you answer the questions asked, calculate the total points you scored. Each affirmative answer to odd-numbered questions and negative to even-numbered questions is worth 1 point.

Result:
15 points or more - high level organizational skills;
13-14 points - average level of development of organizational skills;
below 13 points - low level of development of organizational skills.

Now a little math: you need to calculate the sum of matches with the key. The organizational skills coefficient is equal to a fraction, where the numerator is the sum of matches with the key multiplied by 100%, and the denominator is 20.

If you typed from 7 to 11 points– we can say about you that you are not used to relying on intuition and you think through all your actions to the smallest detail. You never do anything spontaneously. At the same time, you often lose your composure when something unexpected happens. If you typed from 12 to 16 points– your main advantage is spontaneity of actions. You are not used to long and careful planning and consider this activity a pointless waste of time. If you typed from 17 to 21 points– you perform any work with the good skill of an experienced organizer.
