MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

State educational institution

"Kabardino-Balkarian State University

When implementing educational programs in all specialties and areas of secondary vocational education, out of the above 100 points, 70 points are allocated for current and midterm control for three rating points. Of them:

3.4. Upon completion of the discipline in the semester, events are held intermediate control(session), for which, according to the point-rating system, 15 to 30 points are allocated. If a student’s answers are scored with a total score of less than 15, then the student is given “0” points.

Based on the results of the current, midterm and intermediate control, the total number of points corresponding to the assessment determined on the scale is displayed.

3.5. If a discipline or MDC is mastered over two or more semesters, then the average is used to determine the final grade arithmetic value points.

If in curriculum College (except for the department of general education) for some disciplines or MDC in a given semester there is no provision for intermediate certification in the form of an exam, test or differentiated test, then the semester results of rating control in this discipline or MDC do not affect admission to the session. The basis for applying for an academic scholarship will be the results of differentiated tests and tests.

For the department of general education, where all types of certification are completely absent in the 1st semester, to be eligible for an academic scholarship, you must score at least 51 points in each discipline.

If the curriculum provides for a comprehensive exam in several disciplines or MDC, then for each discipline or MDC of the complex exam, separate grades are assigned based on the sum of the points of three points of midterm control for each of these disciplines and MDC and the points received in the exam.

3.6. Conversion of the received sum of points for the discipline into a grade is carried out on the scale:

61-80 points – “satisfactory”

81-90 points – “good”

91-100 points – “excellent”

3.7. If the study of a discipline ends with a pass, the student must score at least 61 points. In this case, the credit will be issued automatically.

If, based on the results of the current and midterm control, the student scored a number of points in the range from 36 to 61, then he is allowed to take the test and, based on the results of passing the test, can increase his score to 61 (but not more) required to receive the test.

3.8. Maximum amount for each course work(project) is set at 100 points and, at the discretion of the PCC of colleges, is distributed by type of work. For example:

Relevance of the topic, research methods, quality of design - 10 points;

Quality and analysis of the literature used - 20 points;

Availability of applications (tables, drawings, graphs, illustrations, etc.) -10 points;

Use of modern information technologies– 20 points;

Depth of elaboration of issues, presence of a creative approach – 20 points;

Ability to navigate the theoretical material of the work and defend the work – 20 points.

The grade is given by the teacher-supervisor of the course work (project) on a point scale for disciplines. The points received by the student for completing the course work (project) are taken into account when building the student’s academic rating.

3.9. The maximum amount of points for practice (industrial, educational) is set at 100 points, of which 60 points are allocated for current work performed during the internship, and 40 points for the quality of the report and its protection.

Interim control, which boils down to assessing the quality of reporting documentation. is required to receive credit for all types of internships.

At the same time, a student who does not score 41 points during practice is not allowed to take the final control. A student who receives less than 20 points for reporting documentation also does not receive credit for practice. The distribution of points by type of work is established at the discretion of the college PCC. For example:

Current work takes into account:

Degree of implementation of the practice program;

The volume and completeness of materials collected in practice;

The student’s level of familiarization with the issues of organizing production (for teaching practice-lesson);

Points for current work are assigned by the head of practice from the college, taking into account the opinion of the head of practice from the enterprise.

When protecting a report, the following are taken into account:

Quality of execution and presentation of the report;

Level of proficiency in the material being reported;

Creative approach to the analysis of practice materials;

Other indicators taking into account the specifics of production and type of practice.

The grade is given by the teacher-head of practice from the college on a point scale for disciplines. Points received by the student for internship and defense practice report, are taken into account when building a student’s academic rating.

For medical college taking into account the specifics of the practice, 80 points are allocated for current work, 20 points for the preparation of reporting documentation. A student who does not score 51 points during practice is not allowed to take the final test. A student who receives less than 10 points for reporting documentation also does not receive credit for practice. The distribution of points by type of work is established at the discretion of the college PCC.

3.10. The scale of points, taking into account their translation into grades and the requirements for obtaining them, are communicated to students by teachers and curators in the first lesson. Each student must be familiar with the Regulations on the scoring and rating assessment of the academic performance of students of secondary vocational education at KBSU.

3.11. The results of students' work during the semester, as well as absences from classes, are recorded by the teacher in the class journal.

The individual rating of each student is determined as the average of the sum of the points awarded for each discipline studied in a given semester (year) and passed during the exam, test, differentiated test, as well as points received for course work and practice and the number of disciplines in a given semester ..

4.2. By decision of the head of the college, a student may be awarded incentive points for participation in student Olympiads, student scientific work competitions, speeches at conferences, amateur shows, exhibitions of creative achievements, etc.

4.3. Based on the number of points received, the student’s place in the group, course, department, or college is determined. Lists of ranking students by rating points should be posted by department three times during the semester in order to widely inform all participants in the rating control about its results.

The heads of departments are responsible for the timely processing of results and the preparation of ranking lists (hit parades) of students by department.

5. The procedure for working out, expulsion from college.

5.1.Students studying at the college in all specialties and failing to achieve success in three or more disciplines by the beginning of the examination session are subject to expulsion from the KBSU college. At the same time, those who have less than 36 points in disciplines, as well as coursework and internships by the specified deadline are considered unsuccessful. Draft orders for the expulsion of such students are submitted by college directors in the prescribed manner.

5.2. Students who fail at the beginning of the examination session in two disciplines and receive an unsatisfactory grade during the session in one discipline are also subject to expulsion from the KBSU college, as they ultimately accumulated three debts.

5.3. Students who have debt in one or two disciplines (course work, practice) can complete the required amount of academic work within 30 calendar days of the next semester and increase the number of points scored to 61 (grade “satisfactory”).

If the quality of academic work is considered satisfactory, then the student is allowed to further study. Otherwise, he is subject to expulsion from the college in accordance with the established procedure as having failed to eliminate his academic debt.

5.4. Students who missed the rating events at the first and second stages for good reasons can work them out within 10 calendar days after the completion of each stage of the rating events. The decision on such work is made and the direction is signed by the manager educational part or deputy Director of Academic Affairs, if available supporting document(medical certificate).

After the expiration of the specified 10 calendar days, in exceptional cases, if there are good reasons, the decision to extend the terms of service is made by the college management by internal order.

Workouts based on the results of the third (last) stage of performing rating activities in the same order are carried out in the period between theoretical training and intermediate control measures.

5.5. Retaking control events in order to improve the grade after filling out current progress reports within the established time frame is not permitted.

Workout scores (max. 10 points) are entered on the worksheet and in the study group journal in the column “midterm control” with the index “O” (workouts) and are included in the total amount of the student’s rating points for a given semester. The work sheet is submitted to the educational department to make changes to the record for this discipline.

5.6. Persons transferred from one college to another, from one specialty to another, as well as those reinstated as students, can be transferred, if necessary, to an individual schedule for performing point-rating activities.

6.1. By the beginning of the new semester, the head of the college’s academic department draws up a schedule of scoring and rating events for all academic disciplines for each academic group of the college in accordance with the schedule educational process and schedule training sessions.

6.2. The dates of control weeks are evenly distributed across all disciplines and MDCs studied in the current semester, and the dates and times of milestone control events correspond to the compiled schedule of classes, as they are carried out at the expense of the hours allocated for studying the discipline. The midterm control of the third stage is carried out at the penultimate lesson in the discipline or MDC, if they end with a pass or differentiated test. If summing up the results of a discipline is carried out at the examination session (exam), then the midterm control of the third stage is carried out at the last lesson in this discipline or MDC.
