c) conducting entrance tests from July 8 to July 11 (according to the schedule of entrance exams)
d) completion of acceptance of the original document of the established form from persons included in the competition list - August 6; Acceptance of applications for consent to enrollment from persons included in the lists of applicants for the main competitive places ends on August 6, 2016;
e) completion of the submission by applicants of information on consent to enrollment when accepting places for study under contracts for the provision of paid educational services - August 6, 2016.

In accordance with paragraph 7 of the Rules for establishing, for organizations carrying out educational activities, admission targets for professions, specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of professions, specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 27, 2015 N 285, and on the basis of the decision of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (minutes of the meeting dated December 23, 2015 N PK-5vn) I order:

Approve the attached admission target figures for specialties and areas of training and (or) enlarged groups of specialties and areas of training for training in educational programs of higher education at the expense of budgetary allocations from the federal budget for the 2017/18 academic year.
2. For the 2017/18 academic year, the total volumes of admission targets have been established for specialties and areas of training and (or) for their enlarged groups for training in higher education programs at the expense of federal budget allocations.
A competition will be held to distribute admission control numbers.

In accordance with Part 8 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation” (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2012, N 53, Art. 7598; 2013, N 19, Art. 2326) , subparagraph 5.2.1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 3, 2013 N 466 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2013, N 23, Art. 2923; N 33, Art. 4386), I order:
1. Approve:
list of areas of training for higher education - bachelor's degree (Appendix No. 1);
list of areas of training for higher education - master's programs (Appendix No. 2);
list of specialties of higher education - specialty (Appendix No. 3);
list of areas of higher education preparation - training of highly qualified personnel according to programs for training scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school (Appendix No. 4);
list of areas of higher education preparation - training of highly qualified personnel according to programs for training scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate studies (Appendix No. 5);
list of specialties of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel for residency programs (Appendix No. 6);
list of specialties of higher education - training of highly qualified personnel under assistantship-internship programs (Appendix No. 7).
2. Organizations carrying out educational activities under educational programs of higher education have the right to apply a list of areas of training (specialties) of higher education vocational education , confirmed by the assignment to a person of the qualification (degree) “specialist”, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2009 N 1136 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2010, N 2, Art. 199; N 40, Art. 5091; 2011, N 28, Art. 4215), lists of areas of training for higher professional education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated September 17, 2009 N 337 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 30, 2009, registration N 15158), as amended, introduced by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 9, 2010 N 168 "On amendments to the lists of areas of training for higher professional education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated September 17, 2009 N 337" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation Federation on April 26, 2010, registration N 17016), dated August 12, 2010 N 856 “On amendments to the lists of areas of training for higher professional education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated September 17, 2009 N 337, s amendments made by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 9, 2010 N 168" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 13, 2010, registration N 18418), dated March 11, 2011 N 1352 "On amendments to the lists areas of training for higher professional education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated September 17, 2009 N 337, as amended by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 9, 2010 N 168 and dated August 12, 2010 N 856" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 4, 2011, registration N 20389), dated July 5, 2011 N 2099 "On amendments to the lists of areas of training for higher professional education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated September 17 2009 N 337, as amended by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 9, 2010 N 168, dated August 12, 2010 N 856 and dated March 11, 2011 N. 1352" (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 8, 2011, registration N 21577) (hereinafter referred to as the lists) until the completion of training of persons previously admitted to the areas of training (specialties) specified in the lists.

Lists of areas of higher education training have been established: bachelor's, master's, training of highly qualified personnel in programs for training scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school and adjunct programs.
Lists of higher education specialties have been approved: specialty, training of highly qualified personnel under residency and assistantship internship programs.
The lists approved in 2009 by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation can be used until the completion of training of persons previously admitted to the areas of training (specialty) specified in them.
These are lists of areas of training (specialties) of higher vocational education, confirmed by the assignment to a person of the qualification (degree) of “specialist”, as well as “bachelor” and “master”.
